When asked to merely move his car more to the side so lorry driver can unload his goods, car owner claimed that this loading/unloading lots are only meant for residential use and not other lorries. He himself parked his car, 'unloaded' his Wife and kids and left with them, leaving his car parked there.
Can other Drivers vouch for what he claimed to be true? Are these lots really meant for residential use ONLY?
