Singapore Post Service is getting from BAD to WORST!

1. I have a parcel from Taiwan indicated my address that I bought from Singpost using "My Mail Box" Service

2. It was mailed on 10Jan at Taiwan Post Office. Paid 1,865TWD($84SGD) for the mailing fee.

3. Reach SG (Received at Airport Processing Facility)

4. Reach another place (Received at Processing Facility) on 15Jan

5. I was trying to be nice don't want to call and make a fuss that I was waiting very long for the parcel. But I realised a problem on 23Jan 19:35. On SingPost App which indicated my parcel has been sent back to (Received at Airport Processing Facility) on 20Jan. So I make a call immediately.
Your customer service officer told me that you guys need 2 working days to investigate so I waited.

6. I received a SMS on 25Jan saying that you guys are still investigating. So I was trying to be nice again didn't want to disturb you guys while you guys are investigating the problem.

7. But today(29Jan2018) my friend from Taiwan contacted me saying that the parcel was sent back to her and I need to pay the mailing fee back to Taiwan which is 860TWD($39 SGD) . Plus I need to pay for the mailing fee again which is 1,865TWD($84SGD)

8. So I make a call again to your hotline. Your CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE told me that my address had expired. BUT I HAD ALREADY MAKE PAYMENT FOR THE RENEWAL FOR THE SERVICE ON 26DEC2017 16:21 AT SUNTEC CITY POST OFFICE. I EVEN HAVE THE RECEIPT FROM YOU GUYS SAYING MY MAIL BOX NEXT EXPIRY DATE WILL BE ON 15JAN2019. It is damn ridiculous saying that my address had expired.

9. And it is EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS FOR ME TO PAY AGAIN! WHICH MEAN I WILL HAVE TO SPEND A TOTAL OF 4590TWD($206 SGD) WHICH IS MORE THAN WHAT I SPEND FOR GOODS THAT MY FRIEND HELP ME TO PURCHASE.

10. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (MANAGER) SAID THAT HE WILL EMAIL ME SO THAT I CAN REPLY HIM WITH THE NECESSARY DOCUMENT TO PROVE MY PARCEL. I WAITED FOR HIS EMAIL FOR AN HOUR. BUT I SEE NO EMAIL SO I CALL BACK TO THE hotline the other representative told me that he went for lunch. I don't mind your representative going for lunch but at least let me know how long I need to wait for his email. Don't make me kept on checking my email.

11. Singapore Post YOUR SERVICE RECOVERY IS ALWAYS TAKING SUCH A LONG TIME. IF I AM GIVEN A CHOICE I WON'T EVEN USE YOUR SERVICE!!! Which I already did for my other items that I purchase.
