The People's Association helping Singtel promote it's MIO Stadium English Premier League package?

Why screen foreign football matches and feature foreign football talents instead of Singapore's very own S.League?

I don't see The People's Association promoting Singapore's S.League and organise screening of LIVE matches at community centres. Why is that so?
