To some people, it makes sense, if their jobs per transaction make loads of money.

The rest of the time, unless they are very free, they should not brave though the traffic jam just to save on petrol

But then again, if people make so much money, think they would prefer to spend free time elsewhere, away from traffic jam

The best is to budget for transport expenses realistically, using most convenient mode not the save the most mode...
